This is a mutating alphanumeric. The first item in each sequence sets a start point, and then you add, subtract, multiply, or divide from there. So if you have "A+S" you know that A is A, and S is 19, so your sum is 20 or T, giving you "AT."

This sequence decodes to: My name is Chiamaka Mambwe
